1. Introduction
Welcome to Bexova Academy ("we," "our," or "us"). By enrolling in any of our courses (offline or online), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
2. Course Enrollment & Eligibility
- Offline Courses: Age is not a restriction.
- Online Courses: Age is not a restriction, but students must have basic computer knowledge (using a computer, keyboard, mouse, internet, basic software usage).
- Enrollment is confirmed only after payment (full payment or Installment Plan).
- Students must provide accurate personal details during registration.
3. Course Access & Usage
- Course access is provided only to the enrolled student.
- Sharing login credentials, videos, recordings, class links, or materials is strictly prohibited.
Important: Unauthorized sharing or misuse of content will result in legal action, in addition to immediate suspension or termination of course access.
4. Student Conduct
Students must maintain professional and respectful behavior.
Any misconduct, abuse, plagiarism, or disruption of classes may result in removal from the course without refund.
5. Certification
A Certificate of Completion will be issued only after:
- Successful completion of the course
- Completion of all assigned projects and tasks
- Full payment of all fees, including Installment Plan dues and fines (if any)
Note: Certificates will not be provided if any payment or project remains pending.
6. Course Materials & Intellectual Property
- All course materials, videos, recordings, designs, and resources are the intellectual property of Bexova Academy.
- Copying, screen recording, sharing, or reselling content is strictly prohibited.
Legal Notice: Violations will lead to legal action.
Installment Plan – Offline Courses
- Installment payments must be paid on or before the agreed due date.
- After the due date, a grace period of 7 days is allowed to pay without any fine.
- If payment is not completed within 7 days, a late fine of ₹100 per day will be charged from the 8th day onwards, in addition to the pending installment amount.
- Certificate will be provided only after full payment of all installments and fines.
- Offline students are provided online class access along with the offline course.
- If installment payment is not completed, both offline classes and online access will be suspended until payment is cleared.
This completes the Offline Course rules.
⚠️ All terms below apply only to Online Courses.
Installment Plan – Online Courses
- Installment payments must be made on or before the agreed due date.
- If payment is delayed, course access will be temporarily blocked.
- A 7-day grace period is provided without any fine.
- After the grace period, a late fine of ₹100 per day will be charged from the 8th day onwards, along with the pending installment amount.
- Online access (videos, live sessions, support, materials) will remain blocked until full payment and fine are cleared.
Important: Failure to clear dues for an extended period may result in permanent account deactivation, with no refund or certificate.
7. Modifications to Terms
Bexova Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
